Denise Richards was the younger of two daughters born in Downers Grove (Illinois) to Joni Lee, a mother who owned a cafe and Irv Richards who was a telephone engineer. lines. Denise is of German French-Canadian, French-Canadian and Irish origin. She was born in Chicago and her family relocated to Oceanside, CA at the age of 15. After finishing high school, she started modeling and then moved to Los Angeles. She managed to get roles in movies and TV.
